The events of SBCC women's group celebration, started with an invocation of God Almighty, followed by Mrs.Anupama Chithra welcoming the gathering. Compering of a program highlights it, with the flow of words entertaining the audience. Mrs. Bharathi did an exceptionally wonderful job. The presentation of the last two years activities of our group was explained with visuals to the audience, added by the humour of our two able speakers Mrs. Geetha Raveendran and Mrs. Vijayalakshmi. We were enlightened about the Law of attraction for a happy living by Prof. Dr. V. SaiKumari.
Our guest of the day was Dr. Harish Kumar. He educated us on the prevention and management of neck, shoulder and knee pain with live demonstration of exercises. No program is complete without yoga and laughter therapy by Mrs. Nithya Arun. The surprise of the day was the Dance! Dance! Dhool by the members of the SBCC group and choreographed by Dr. Sai Kumari. . It was a feast to the eyes watching the dancers sway to the medley of music.
Mrs. Kalyani Elangovan shared her experience and spoke on the topic 'Manathil uruthi vendum.' Our little ones enthralled the audience with their dance and music. In fact it was a memorable evening with a lot of cherished moments for each one of us. Just a 'thank you' is not enough to convey our words of appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Sivakumar and Mrs. Dr. Kalarani Sivakumar for their gesture and also for the Anniversary celebrations.
