December 2017 meeting.... Christmas & New Year celebrations.

Life is visualizing  hope with our own eyes and also feeling it in our core. As life unfolds, it is these type of friendships that take us a long way in life.....the nature of friendships continues to grow as we age.Each year's calendar is unveiled amid much rejoicing. 
A few hours spend together......forgetting everything....just being friends gives loss of memories to walk the path of life be it a beautiful road or a thorny path. A friendship that is just one that gives spaces to the other......a source of inspiration to the other........whatever be it.....it is a belief of being there for the other. 
SBCC group is one that believes in empathy......we re-live our childhood, teenage and all the mischief of college days..... pulling each other's legs in a healthy way. This month was quite different from other months as we were celebrating the end of one year and welcoming the new year. Is it just that....then the answer is no because we do learn a lot too.
The meeting took off with a guided meditation by Dr. Kalarani, a brush up of mudras  by Mrs. Nithya Arun with a quiz competition, birthday celebrations of five members, Christmas and New year celebration. The unique characteristic of each meeting makes it all the more special. This month we had new members joining and momentos to carry away in each member's heart with a lot of special memories. Isn't seeing happiness on another's face the greatest joy of life?

We meet people and they become chapters in our stories. All of us have a unique story. The journey of life is pretty long and friends make it memorable. Everyone has their own magical moments. It  may be a simple thing, which makes their day brighter. No matter what the magical moment is, if it makes us feel better, then it is our special thing. Our SBCC group meeting is one that makes all of us a pack of enthusiastic kids. The rare  friendship we share has become an inevitable part of our life. This month too we had a memorable time. The topic of the day was "Gratitude". We discussed and spoke about the importance of gratitude in day to day life. Then we had meditation, followed by a talk on 'what is meditation' by Mrs. Shyamala Rao.  None of our meetings are complete without the birthday celebration of our members. We missed many of our members this month.

SBCC Anniversary celebration, May 11, 2019

Once again it was a memorable day for us at Sai Balaji Cancer Clinic and the Women's group. It was double celebrations and joy too with Doctor celebrating 20th   Anniversary of his clinic and the Women's group's Anniversary too. Celebration  happen for a variety of formal or informal reasons.  There is something deep inside humanity that loves to celebrate the best things in life. And SBCC is the best thing that happened to all of us.  Everyone has a unique and special affinity towards Sai Balaji Cancer Clinic, Dr. Sivakumar and Dr. Kalarani Sivakumar. It's a bond grown over the years with a special love and respect. May, 2018 Meeting

Our get togethers are always informal.....that's why it is unique. We gather as a family to share and learn......sharing of friendship and always learning new things.  This month Kalarani  Maam, helped us learn some mudras to get rid of knee pain and edema. For a change she took us through a  guided meditation with visualisation. Nithya and Nithya's friend Malar taught us a new mudra for headaches.  Celebrations are always a part of our meetings and birthdays are an important part of it. Small momentos were given to the dancers of SBCC group. After a long time we had a Unicorn card reading session which everyone looked forward to. In short we all enjoyed. Many of our members were missed.
